If you are a customer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned in their original condition.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• The returned package must include a valid tracking number.
• Tracked shipping service is mandatory, as we cannot issue a refund for packages that are lost in transit.
• Returns sent without tracking may not be accepted.

Due to the collectible nature of our products, all items must be returned complete, including tuck box, seals, accessories, inserts, and any promotional items originally included with the order.

Once your withdrawal request has been reviewed, you will receive return instructions, including the return address.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed after the returned items have been received and inspected.

Please note that original shipping charges may not be refundable in all circumstances and refunds may be reduced if the returned items show signs of use, damage, or missing components beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.
